How the planning service works
Our solution architects and product SMEs engage with the customer using our consulting framework to work through Discovery, Analysis, Design and Implementation, with review gates at the end of each phase. We work to agile methodology to ensure the right resource is available at each phase.
Discovery - We take time to understand your business and your identity strategy.
Analysis - We pull everything together from the discovery and evaluate as a team.
Design - Our experts will design the solution factoring in the current technology stack as well as the ideal future state. Documentation undergoes internal governance before being provided to the customer for security and technical design authority approval.
Implementation - We manage the implementation with internal stakeholders to ensure that any changes go unnoticed by users.
Support - We support our project work and provide all required documentation.

How the quality assurance and performance testing works
Our deliverables are quality assured by our internal QA team to a set of company standards and NCSC guidelines. We will also agree a set of QA deliverables with the Buyer to ensure service is delivered to a consistent high-quality set of baseline measurements that the Buyer, and we, expect. Our implementation solutions are fully documented and internally reviewed for quality. They are then provided to the client for their own design authority approval. Our solutions are supported for an agreed period of time after implementation.

During the original contracted engagement, all Innovate IT Ltd services are supported at no extra cost to the Buyer.
A Technical Account Manager (TAM) will be appointed to own the support service and ensure the Buyer is completely satisfied with the level of expertise and service our support staff are supplying. Our TAM will also manage 3rd party suppliers to ensure continuity of service, and where support issues cross multiple disciplines the TAM is able to lead on the issues until resolved. The TAM is the client's initial point of contact for support, service issues and escalations.
