OPSWAT’s cloud services are designed for high availability, using resilient, redundant infrastructure, load balancing, and continuous monitoring to minimise service disruption. Availability is measured on a monthly basis, excluding planned maintenance and events outside OPSWAT’s reasonable control.
OPSWAT provides Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for availability as part of its G-Cloud service offering.
