Support arrangements are addressed in our Service Level Agreement (SLA) with each client organisation. Non-urgent support is covered on the normal working day of 09:00-17:00. For critical issues we are contactable 24/7 with support addresses and telephone contact points. The issue severity scales are addressed in our SLAs.
It is highly customisable, with many configuration options and built-in controls. In addition we will undertake customisation by agreement. Functionality/features are not depreciated without prior agreement. - System requirements

- A ticketing system is included in SOROS for clients to raise requests for new features. Tickets are reviewed weekly by Danburykline and discussed with the client during the monthly review meetings. - SLA's are documented, a Level 1 Incident, which means the system is unavailable has a 5 minute response time to the incident and 24/7 support until the issue is resolved. Level 2, which is a loss or resilience or severe service degradation has a 30 minute response time and 24/7 support until resolved. Level three, means service is impaired has a 1 hour response time during normal business hours and up to 24 hours to resolve. Level four, a minor issue has a business day response time during normal business days and a 5 day resolution time.

- Onsite training is provided as part of the initial system configuration activity. Extensive Help files are also available directly from SOROS. As a SaaS product we provide continuous client support through the contract's life. SOROS is also built following the principles of Norman Neilson Heuristics, which means the user interface is very logically laid out and easy to use.

- We facilitate the transfer of client data back to them in a format agreed between both parties. Return of client data at contract end is document in the Subscription Agreement.

- The clients instance of SOROS is disabled and any remaining data held in the client's database can be destroyed at the clients request. There are no charges associated with returning data to a client or deleting data held in the DB.

- There are no differences in the use of SOROS on a mobile service. SOROS runs in the browser but is built on mobile first principles, so layouts and menus are automatically optimised for mobile devices when used.

- Our software is designed specifically for the rail industry and is used by control room personnel, maintenance staff and Engineers. Due to the nature of these roles, good eyesight is a requirement. With SOROS being hosted in a web browser, the browser will allow for zoom levels to be changed to make font larger or smaller and light and dark modes can be selected.

- There is scope to configure data in some modules, such as Incident Management, Engineering Change, Planning, to ensure users capture data and requirements that are relevant to their operation. Data fields are set up via the User, the SOROS UI, provides a simple, intuitive interface, which allows the client to set up the data fields and field formats of their choice. Authority to set up and edit data fields is managed the SOROS Permission system. During initial system configuration, Danburykline will assist the client in understanding how the Permission system works.
