- The system only requires a browser application with internet access. One of the features of the system, biomarker tests, requires an installable application that only supports Windows OS. Biomarker tests also requires an eyetracker camera, delivered upon contract signing. The biomarker tests works best if the desktop setup includes two screens: one for the patient to perform the test, and another optional screen as a monitoring port. The digital therapy app installed by the patients is compatible with Android and iOS; it does require a reasonable specification (post 2019 models) device.

- Service interface
- Yes
- User support accessibility
- None or don’t know
- Description of service interface
- A user (medical professional) can create standardised questionnaires and administer biomarker tests for obtaining medical evidence towards the diagnosis of ADHD and other neurodevelopmental disorders. The interface enables users to manage patients in their organisation, see and edit their details, and manage the tests or interviews performed. Organisation administrators may manage the users for monitoring and maintenance purposes.
- Accessibility standards
- None or don’t know
- Description of accessibility
- Most features of our service are accessed through a web browser, and can therefore be accessed on desktops and mobile devices. All user engagement is also through the web browser where users can add and amend patient details, send out rating scale questionnaires, and conduct biomarker tests and clinical interviews. All clinical reports are accessible via download as a PDF.
- Accessibility testing
- The system has been tested by a wide variety of clinical institutions. We have verified that interviews and biomarker tests can be administered to children with neurodevelopmental disorders and learning difficulties such as dyslexia, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

- Security governance approach
-
We follow a defense in depth strategy integrated in our Infrastructure as Code on AWS, frontend, API endpoints, API services and data providers. All actions in the system are monitored, audited, and secured automatically. Security is governed through a strict least privilege model, where access to production environments and PHI is restricted to essential personnel only. We further utilize a shared responsibility Model with AWS and WorkOS.
Our application is designed to follow GDPR and HIPAA-compliance regarding data sovereignty and privacy. We align our internal governance with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) for risk management and comply with DSP Toolkit. - Information security policies and processes
- We utilise WorkOS for enterprise-grade authentication, enforcing secure JWT-based session management and Role-Based Access Control to govern user permissions. We implement a multi-tenant architecture with strict logical separation at organisation level. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+).

- Supplier-defined controls
- Configuration and change management approach
- All infrastructure and application configurations are managed as code (IaC) and stored in version-controlled repositories on GitHub. This ensures that every change to our medical environment is documented, reproducible, and reversible. Client-specific configuration is stored in our database services, and backed up.
- Vulnerability management type
