ServiceKey can provide ongoing support for your acquired M365 Service, ensuring that your business is operational at critical times. We will ensure your cloud software and hosting services are maintained to high levels, ensuring 99% availability.

A support team will be available to support Monday to Friday between typical business hours (9am to 5pm). Issues outwith the times will be addressed as soon as possible when the team are available.
