Service scope
- Service constraints
- This service is delivered remotely, with on-site workshops available if required. We may need access to your hosting environment, APIs, technical documentation, staging sites and relevant third-party platforms to plan and complete integrations. Timelines may be influenced by system complexity, data quality, external API constraints and stakeholder availability. The service includes integration design, configuration and development within WordPress, but does not cover full system replacements or major non-WordPress platform development. Additional features, new endpoints or extended integration phases identified during delivery can be scoped separately. We will highlight limitations early and agree the best way forward.

All support levels include access to our ticketing system, a named expert familiar with your integration setup, and specialist input as required. Support for this service focuses on clarification of integration design, API behaviour, data flows and connected system issues related to the delivered integrations.
Core Support covers day-to-day queries and maintenance during the working week (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm). It’s a good fit for organisations that need steady, reliable cover with clear response times.
Enhanced Support is designed for teams that want more hands-on help. You’ll receive quicker responses, priority access to technical specialists, support with content or accessibility updates, and a quarterly check-in to keep everything aligned.
Premium Support is the most comprehensive option. It includes extended cover, faster response and resolution times, an emergency out-of-hours contact for critical issues, monthly service reviews and a more proactive improvement approach throughout the year.
We can tailor any support level to suit your organisation and how you work. Ongoing platform maintenance, routine plugin updates or unrelated WordPress support are not included within this service and can be provided separately under a managed support agreement if required.
