Through workshops and assessments, we explore your business and technical goals and provide guidance on how to deliver the best strategy and cloud roadmap. We will help you envision and plan your target cloud platform, and align that to your business’s unique requirements and goals. As output we will provide documented recommendations and guidance for the next steps of your cloud journey. We have a three step Azure Pathway process: (1) Assessment - work with your team through a series of learning discussions and evaluations to gauge your present state. We will explore your infrastructure location, security, monitoring and other important considerations as well as review your current line of business applications. (2) Migration Planning - After learning about your current and future state needs, we will develop a customised output document that outlines all migration planning aspects and makes recommendations to move toward the most optimised Azure migration experience. We will review the recommendations in a follow-up briefing call. (3) Post-Assessment Action - Servent is positioned to consult and help implement any remediation items in order to position your business for Azure.
