- This service is delivered remotely by default, with on-site activity available by agreement. User research and testing depend on timely access to stakeholders, service users, systems and relevant documentation. Recruitment of participants may require buyer support, particularly for specialist or hard-to-reach groups. Research involving vulnerable users or secure environments may require additional approvals. Activities involving personal data must follow buyer policies and UK GDPR requirements. Project timeframes may be affected by availability of subject-matter experts. Access to prototype environments, existing systems or internal tools must be provided where required to support research and testing activities.

We aim to respond to all queries within one working day, with faster acknowledgement for urgent issues where possible. Queries received outside working hours, including weekends and bank holidays, are logged and responded to on the next working day. Response times depend on receiving sufficient information from the buyer to assess the request. Enhanced response times or extended hours can be agreed as an optional add-on where required.

We provide a single standard support level for all engagements, with optional enhanced support where required.
Standard Support (included):
Email support is available during working hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 UK time). We respond within one working day, with faster acknowledgement for urgent issues. Standard support covers queries about research activities, scheduling, deliverables or clarification of agreed work. This support level is included at no additional cost.
Enhanced Support (optional):
Buyers may request extended hours, faster response times or additional availability during intensive phases such as discovery fieldwork or usability testing. Enhanced support is charged on a daily or monthly basis depending on requirements, and pricing is provided in the rate card. Any enhanced support arrangement will be agreed before work begins.
Account Management:
Each engagement includes a delivery lead who acts as the main point of contact, coordinates activities and ensures work remains aligned to scope, timelines and quality expectations. This role is included within the standard service.
We do not provide a technical account manager or cloud support engineer, as the service focuses on user research, design and testing rather than cloud infrastructure or software engineering.
