CluedIn provides a free, online university for users, administrators and technical engineers. This includes over 8 hours of video content to help end users get up to speed with implementing on the CluedIn platform.

End-of-contract data extraction
The users/customers will install CluedIn into their own environment, so they own all the data from day one. This means that if a contract ends, there are easy export tools to get the data out of their CluedIn environment.

Approach to resilience
CluedIn is deployed into Kubernetes and uses many features of Kubernetes to support resilience. In addition to this, CluedIn was designed for the cloud and hence it can scale vertically and horizontally as to provide a resilient robustness in infrastructure.
