- Service constraints
- Please note that this service is neither an MSSP/SOC type Security management service, nor a fully managed DR as a Service offering. Our focus here is to support your team in deploying, configuring, managing and optimising Acronis. In security terms, we can be contacted to advise and assist on any incidents but leadership of response and recovery is outside of scope. Similarly, we can provide support and management of operational backups but response and recovery to DR incidents is out of scope. All services are provided remotely and within normal UK working hours.
