- How the planning service works
- We help Cloud service buyers and suppliers assess how best to integrate physical paper records and digital records to or between Cloud systems. To achieve this we gather the needs and requirements from all stakeholders, understanding the document and data journey and the document and data migration needs and timelines. We then assess the source documents and specification required for upload to determine the best approach, which may utilise our digital scanning capabilities, technical solutions including OCR and RPA and expert skilled human resources. A dedicated Account Manager and Project Manager collaborates closely with the Cloud Service solution buyer and/or provider to ensure our approach best supports their needs and requirements for successful implementation of the Cloud hosting or software service.

- How the support service works
- We provide our scanning and digitisation for cloud users or cloud providers who need paper documents digitised and uploaded to a Cloud service on an ongoing basis. This allows the end user of the Cloud service to maintain paper processes that may still be necessary, such as for accessibility, whilst ensuring that documentation and data is integrated into the Cloud system, accurately and securely in a timely manner in line with internal and external SLAs. This removes the burden from end users and Cloud service providers to perform the digitisation in house. Adetiq will work closely with all stakeholders to ensure the ongoing digitisation process continues to meet evolving needs.
Service scope
- Service constraints
- Digitisation is typically conducted at our UK office, however onsite scanning may be available depending on the specific scope and requirements of the project. The service is bespoke and we take time to fully understand the needs of all stakeholder before recommending the best approach to hard copy digitisation and data transformation from other channels, whether that be for onboarding to/between Cloud services, or maintaining the ongoing ingestion of hard copy documents and data to a Cloud service.
