For critical site down issues and urgent bugs, we will review and provide an initial response within 2 hours of the issue having been reported by email or telephone. We will provide updates on an expected resolution and any further investigation or development work that may be required following the initial fix. We aim to resolve critical issues within 1 day and keep communication flowing throughout. We will determine if a support request is in or out of scope of the maintenance criteria within 1 business day.
