Operational security
- Configuration and change management standard
- Supplier-defined controls
- Configuration and change management approach
- Our services are delivered as a certified implementation partner of monday.com. We maintain a configuration register for each customer, documenting boards, automations, integrations and key dependencies. Changes are raised as tickets in monday.com Service, assessed for business and security impact, and, where relevant, reviewed with an internal admin and the customer before implementation. Approved changes are applied in a non‑production workspace where possible, then scheduled into live with appropriate communications. All changes are logged, with audit history retained in monday.com, and rollback or remediation steps agreed for higher‑risk changes.
- Vulnerability management type
- Supplier-defined controls
- Vulnerability management approach
- Our service runs on the monday.com platform, which manages infrastructure‑level vulnerabilities and patching. For our implementation and configuration work, we monitor security advisories from monday.com, cloud providers and UK NCSC guidance, and subscribe to vendor mailing lists. Potential threats affecting customer workspaces are assessed through impact and likelihood, and high‑risk issues are prioritised on our internal monday.com Service board. Where configuration or integration changes are required, we apply and test them promptly, communicating changes to affected customers and recording actions taken for audit.
- Protective monitoring type
- Supplier-defined controls
- Protective monitoring approach
- Our protective monitoring focuses on the configurations and integrations we implement on the monday.com platform. We monitor customer workspaces and integrations for unusual behaviour, failed automations and error alerts surfaced in monday.com and connected cloud services. Potential compromises or suspicious activity are logged immediately on our internal monday.com Service board, triaged for impact and urgency, and escalated to the customer and to monday.com support where platform‑level investigation is required. During UK business hours we aim to begin investigation within 1 working hour of identifying or being notified of a potential compromise.
- Incident management type
- Supplier-defined controls
- Post-quantum cryptography secure

- Incident management approach
- Upon detection, we immediately assess the scope and impact using our IT partners. Clients are notified promptly according to SLAs with a summary of the event, immediate actions taken, and next steps. Throughout the process, Robert Meyer provides regular updates on progress and timelines. Once resolved, we share a final root-cause analysis and preventative measures to ensure satisfaction. Every incident concludes with a detailed formal report and a review meeting. Finally, we incorporate client feedback and internal lessons learned to refine our policies, ensuring continuous improvement and future resilience.
