Sustainable travel solutions are always considered, and so remote working is highly encouraged within the organisation, to best suit the needs of clients and consultants. Those clients that have consultants working on the ground on-site, adhere to all strict COVID-19 policies both internally and externally. These are managed and checked frequently to ensure all COVID-19 policies are being followed and kept up to date.Wellbeing
Staff wellbeing is paramount, and we ensure that we actively encourage health and wellbeing discussions among staff members and promote an open wellbeing culture environment, of which staff can voice concerns or recommendations on current wellbeing services or generalised topics within the organisation. Weekly meetings with all consultants are held, as well as regular project staged reviews monthly, to track staff members wellbeing and to provide an open dialogue on a 1-to-1 basis for each consultant.
