Availability and resilience

Guaranteed availability
More Days Studio is designed to be available on a continuous basis, excluding planned maintenance. The service is hosted on resilient cloud infrastructure and monitored to support high availability. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside core UK working hours where possible and communicated to users in advance.

While no formal percentage uptime SLA is guaranteed as standard, the supplier aims to maintain a high level of service availability appropriate for a production SaaS platform. Where availability issues occur, the supplier will investigate and address incidents promptly to restore service.

Service credits or refunds are not provided as standard for availability issues. Any availability commitments, service levels or remedies can be agreed contractually with buyers where required.
Approach to resilience
More Days Studio is designed as a resilient, cloud-hosted SaaS using managed infrastructure provided by a third-party cloud provider. The service is deployed across resilient cloud components to reduce single points of failure and support continuity of service in the event of component or infrastructure issues.

Core platform services are monitored to detect availability or performance issues, with automated alerts supporting timely investigation and remediation. Data is stored on resilient storage services designed to protect against hardware failure.

The underlying datacentre environment is operated by the cloud provider and includes physical security, power redundancy, environmental controls and disaster recovery capabilities appropriate to a production cloud service.

Planned maintenance is managed to minimise disruption, and service updates are designed to support continuity. Further technical details on resilience and datacentre arrangements can be made available to buyers on request where required.
Outage reporting
More Days Studio reports service outages and significant incidents through direct communication with users. Where an outage affects service availability, users are informed via email with information on the nature of the issue and expected resolution where known.

The service does not currently provide a public status dashboard or API for outage reporting. Updates are shared directly with affected users until the issue is resolved. Post-incident reviews are carried out internally to identify causes and prevent recurrence.
