This includes email and online ticketing support, issue tracking with status visibility, severity-based triage, and escalation. Standard support covers normal business hours, with 24/7 support available for critical, service-impacting issues to ensure continuity of operations.
For larger or more complex deployments, Spare also offers enhanced (enterprise) support. This provides increased engagement from Spare’s Partner Success team, proactive operational support during launches or peak periods, and closer coordination with engineering and product teams.
Cost of support levels

Spare ensures customers can securely and efficiently extract their data at the end of the contract, in line with data ownership and privacy requirements.
All data generated within the Spare Platform remains the property of the customer. Upon contract termination, Spare supports data extraction through standard, non-proprietary formats, enabling customers to retain and reuse their data without vendor lock-in.
Customers can extract data in the following ways:
Data exports from the Spare Platform, including rider profiles, trip history, operational records, vehicle and driver data, configuration data, and reporting outputs
Open API access, allowing customers to programmatically retrieve their data prior to contract end
Data warehouse access, where applicable, enabling bulk export of historical and operational data for analytics or archiving
Spare works collaboratively with customers during offboarding to define the scope, format, and timing of data exports. Exports are typically provided in commonly used formats such as CSV or via secure API endpoints.
Following confirmation of successful data handover and subject to contractual and regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR), Spare will securely retain or delete remaining data in accordance with its data retention and privacy policies.

At the end of the contract, Spare follows a structured and transparent offboarding process to ensure continuity, data protection, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Spare works with the customer to confirm whether the service will be renewed, extended, or terminated. If the contract ends, Spare supports the customer in extracting their data, including operational, historical, and reporting data, using agreed formats and secure transfer methods. All data generated within the platform remains the property of the customer.
During the offboarding period, Spare provides reasonable cooperation to support transition planning, including clarifying data structures, export options, and timelines. Access to the platform remains available until the agreed contract end date, allowing customers to complete final exports and operational close-out activities.
Following confirmation that data extraction has been completed, Spare will securely retain or delete customer data in accordance with contractual terms, GDPR obligations, and Spare’s data retention and security policies. Any retained data is limited to what is legally or contractually required.
