Each custom-built solution is accompanied by solution-specific training sessions conducted by consultants who were directly involved in the solution's development. These sessions are designed to provide users with a deep understanding of the solution's functionality and how it aligns with their business objectives. Furthermore, to facilitate ongoing learning and support, all training sessions can be recorded and made available to clients for future reference via a Smartsheet Dashboard within the solution, enabling easy access for the entire client team.

In addition to solution-specific training, our clients benefit from complimentary access to our Training programme. This programme offers free, unlimited participation in monthly online training and upskilling sessions. Clients can attend these sessions to enhance their proficiency in using the Smartsheet platform and its features.

Leveraging Smartsheet's versatile capabilities, data imports from xls and csv formats are effortlessly facilitated, streamlining the migration process.

For enhanced integration and data workflows, clients can opt for premium application connectors, enabling real-time data feeds from prominent systems of record such as Jira, Salesforce, or Microsoft 365 Dynamics. Prior to migration commencement, the structuring of the solution is collaboratively agreed upon, ensuring alignment with the client's objectives and requirements.

Cheetah Transformation offers comprehensive support throughout the migration journey. Clients have the flexibility to undertake migration independently with our guidance or opt for a fully managed migration service. In either scenario, access to the current platform/data source is essential to facilitate a thorough and accurate migration process.

How the support service works
Our support packages are designed to comprehensively address your needs, covering a range of essential services to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of your Smartsheet solution. These packages encompass maintenance and upgrades, incorporation of new Smartsheet functionality, and expanding the application of Smartsheet within your business. Additionally, we provide support for solution onboarding, issue resolution, solution optimisation, and testing of new concepts and prototypes.

Our support packages are flexible and available for purchase in increments of 10, 20, 50, or 100 hours, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your requirements. These hours can be utilised across all aspects of the Smartsheet platform, including Smartsheet Core, Premium Apps, Resource Management, and Brandfolder. Furthermore, support hours remain valid for 12 months from the date of invoice, providing ample time for utilisation.

For clients opting for 50 or 100-hour support packages, Cheetah Apps (Backup Manager and Dropwdown Manager) are included, offering additional functionality to Smartsheet. One Cheetah App is included in the 50-hour package, while both Cheetah Apps are included in the 100-hour package. These apps are valid for one license and remain active for a duration of 12 months.
