How the quality assurance and performance testing works
Mando hold the ISO9001:2015 certification (recertified January 2024). Mando’s QA team are all ISTQB certified and provide quality assurance services to ensure that the delivery of cloud services or cloud implementations meet the expected quality level within an agreed time frame, through:

- providing a test approach through a consultative approach with the client
- creating test scripts based on detailed requirements
- executing functional and non-functional tests through manual and automated testing
- creating test reports.

In a typical engagement, Mando would provide system and integration testing, whilst then facilitating and supporting client-side user acceptance testing. Mando also provides bespoke performance testing solutions, to meet specific client requirements relating to performance testing.

Finally, Mando routinely engages with independent specialist security and penetration testing providers – on behalf of clients – to ensure that all solutions are tested to, and meet, the latest security standards and protocols.

The support level provided is dependent up on the complexity of the solution being supported, and is shaped with clients during service design workshops.

As part of this process, clients are assigned a dedicated Service Delivery Lead, and also a dedicated Release Manager, as part of the engagement.

Our standard SLA response times are:
