WeShape’s Tech Academy is one of our key efforts in combating economic inequality through innovative programs and strategic partnerships. Our mission is clear: to empower underrepresented talent passionate about technology, offering them a unique career accelerator that not only equips them with essential skills but also propels them into high-demand roles. By partnering with organisations like Generation UK, we actively address the skills gap among young people, providing avenues for sustainable employment and economic advancement. Moreover, our commitment to paying well above the living wage and actively closing gender gaps ensures that economic opportunities are accessible to all. Additionally, our internship program prioritises individuals from underprivileged backgrounds, providing them with invaluable experience and pathways to success.
