We typically respond to any client request within 3 hours of submission during working hours, and always aim to respond within 24 hours. Where requests are urgent / business critical, we recommend clients alert us directly via WhatsApp and our responses are typically immediate, or within 60 minutes if the respective team member is engaged in another client meeting.
If there are technical issues with Smartsheet, clients can contact the Customer Support Desk to lodge a case. See the link for an overview of Smartsheet support resources.
We encourage all our clients to fully leverage Smartsheet’s Premium Support where they are paying for this, but we also have some clients who rather come straight to us as they know we will typically solve their needs faster given our expertise and knowledge of their business and existing solutions.
Where we recognise issues are due to technical reasons that we cannot resolve, we are able to escalate these directly with Smartsheet support as we have access to premium technical support. We also are supported by the Partner Enablement team who we can escalate issues to, and we have strong relationships with the Smartsheet product team. - Support available to third parties
