Service scope
- Service constraints
- This service is delivered remotely and focuses on advisory guidance rather than development work. We may need access to your website, relevant templates and supporting documentation. Findings are based on the information available at the time. Timelines may be influenced by site size, complexity and your team’s availability. The service does not include formal certification, penetration testing or extensive assistive-technology cross-browser testing. Any development work needed to address recommendations falls outside this service but can be supported through our maintenance offering. We will highlight any limitations early and agree the best way forward.

- Support levels
-
All support levels include our ticketing system, a named expert who knows your setup, and help from our technical specialists when needed. We also take care of core WordPress and approved third-party plugin updates for you as standard, so your site stays secure and up to date.
Core Support covers day-to-day queries and maintenance during the working week (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm). It’s a good fit if you need steady, reliable cover with clear response times.
Enhanced Support is for teams that want a bit more hands-on help. You’ll get quicker responses, priority access to our technical specialists, support with content or accessibility updates, and a check-in every quarter to keep things on track.
Premium Support is the most comprehensive option. It includes extended cover, faster response and resolution times, an emergency out-of-hours contact for critical issues, monthly service reviews and a more proactive improvement approach across the year.
We can shape any of the support levels to suit your organisation and how you work. Costs depend on the tier you choose and the level of cover agreed together and can be found in the pricing document.
