- How the planning service works

Each of the projects we undertake is thoroughly planned. We rely heavily on data extraction and analysis prior to beginning a project to ensure the work we carry out will deliver maximum success. Using these insights, we are then able to allocate time based on your budget across the most important areas, ensuring you receive a clear return-on-investment.
Across each of our projects, you’ll receive a breakdown of timescales, giving you clear visibility on when each stage of your project will be delivered. Where necessary, we’ll always match these timescales with your internal operations to align all of your marketing activity. - Planning service works with specific services

- How the quality assurance and performance testing works
- Quality assurance is important to us. At the start of your project, we’ll carry out extensive data analysis to establish areas of opportunities and potential risks for the project. This enables us to create the best solution to deliver the results you want. We monitor the performance of all our campaigns at regular intervals, which gives us the opportunity to identify any problem areas early and implement improvements in a timely manner. Likewise, each deliverable we create is fully tested to ensure its quality and suitability for purpose.

Fighting climate change
In alignment with our commitment to fighting climate change, our G-Cloud service provision integrates sustainable practices at every level. Through our Electric Vehicle (EV) car scheme, we actively reduce carbon emissions associated with transportation, offering employees eco-friendly commuting options. Additionally, our adoption of hybrid working models minimises commuting needs, thereby further mitigating our carbon footprint.
Within our office spaces, we prioritise environmental consciousness by implementing practices such as lighting dimmers during periods of inactivity, ensuring energy conservation and reducing wastage. Moreover, we adhere to sustainable consumption and production methods throughout our operations, emphasising responsible management of natural resources.
By embracing these initiatives, we not only fulfil our environmental responsibilities but also contribute meaningfully to global climate action. Our commitment to sustainable practices underscores our dedication to protecting and preserving the environment for future generations.Tackling economic inequality
Our G-Cloud service provision is firmly rooted in responsible financial stewardship and the promotion of economic equality. We actively engage in initiatives aimed at job creation and the support of local and global economic stability while upholding ethical conduct in all our financial activities.
Through regional business events and weekly digital marketing training webinars, we empower entrepreneurs and small businesses, fostering economic growth and resilience within communities. By providing accessible resources and knowledge, we enable individuals to thrive in the digital economy, thereby reducing economic disparities.
Furthermore, our commitment to ethical conduct extends to our partnerships and financial practices, ensuring that our economic activities uphold fairness and transparency. By fostering an environment conducive to economic opportunity, we contribute to a more equitable society, where all individuals have the chance to succeed.Equal opportunity
As part of our G-Cloud service provision, we prioritise actively engaging with and supporting the communities we serve, fostering equal opportunity for all. Through philanthropic initiatives, volunteer programs, and strategic partnerships, we address the unique needs and concerns of diverse populations, promoting their well-being and empowerment.
Our commitment to equal opportunity is exemplified through talent workshops, school and college training programs, and participation in career fairs. By providing access to resources and opportunities, we aim to level the playing field and break down barriers to success, particularly for marginalised groups.
Moreover, our dedication to inclusivity extends beyond external engagements to our internal practices. We prioritise diversity and inclusion within our workforce, ensuring that our teams reflect the rich tapestry of the communities we serve. Through these efforts, we strive to create a more equitable society where every individual has the chance to thrive and succeed.Wellbeing
In our G-Cloud service provision, we place a strong emphasis on promoting employee wellbeing and fostering a supportive work environment. We are resolute in our dedication to providing an inclusive, respectful, and nurturing workplace culture that prioritises the holistic development and happiness of our employees.
Examples of our commitment to employee wellbeing include the implementation of family-friendly policies, such as flexible working hours and parental leave benefits. Additionally, we organise free physical events and provide access to mental health resources through our wellbeing hub, supporting both the physical and emotional health of our workforce.
Furthermore, we promote diversity and ethical labour practices throughout our organisation, ensuring that every employee feels valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential. By prioritising employee wellbeing, we not only enhance productivity and retention but also contribute to a more compassionate and sustainable work environment for all.
