Standard support is provided during UK business hours, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, and includes email support, audit interviews, clarification discussions and reporting walkthroughs. Support is included within the agreed Statement of Work. A named auditor or engagement lead is assigned as the primary point of contact. This service does not include implementation or remediation activities unless separately agreed.
