Our experience of supplier change for transport IT systems is extensive.
Through understanding and agreeing the expected system performance and outcomes we work with both the outgoing and incoming service provider to migrate data feeds and historic data, carrying out acceptance testing to ensure satisfactory functionality and data migration.
We then ensure that the new supplier is performing as expected and carry out the essential failure testing to ensure business continuity is as required and works as planned.

We provide support to communities with education in public transport technology and how to access employment opportunities. We promote real employment opportunities in the transport technology supply base. We work with the Engineering department of Sheffield University to provide advice and support to students helping develop their employment skills and encourage entry into the transport technology sector.

Through ensuring procurement specifications and implementation plans consider the needs of a diverse passenger userbase we can make sure passenger information is available to all.
