Where the software is deployed on a cloud tenancy under our jurisdiction, we also provide first and second level support at a baseline service level and factored into any pricing calculated for the specific implementation. Higher levels of support SLA are negotiable.

Additionally we can provide in-person, on-site (within UK) training support in relation to the customer's intended usage of our software.
Note that third level support of our software is provided as part of the software licensing / subscription itself.
