- Quality assurance is a fundamental business principle we firmly believe in and is central to our organisation's values. To ensure that our services are of the highest quality, we employ a proprietary architecture model which puts quality and resilience at the heart of all our offerings. Our products and business processes are designed to comply with the ISO 9001 standard, which ensures that the systems we integrate are aligned with this framework and incorporate the necessary governance for effective quality control throughout their lifecycle. Additionally, we continually monitor and enhance the quality and performance of our services through audits, frequent service reviews, and the customer satisfaction activities specified in our Quality Management System (QMS).

Fighting climate change
Our Carbon Reduction Plan details our strategy to achieve net zero emissions by the year 2026. As part of our services, we proactively encourage sustainable behaviours such as reducing document printing, utilising recyclable materials, adopting energy-efficient habits, minimising travel, and using low-emission modes of transport.
Moreover, we have proactively invested in energy-efficient hardware to host our business operations. By significantly reducing the number of physical devices through cloud computing, we have reduced our energy consumption and minimised our impact to the environmental. Our everyday steps towards ecological improvement include installing LED lighting in our offices, which achieves a 90% improvement over conventional lighting. Our breakout facilities are also eco-friendly, using 100% recycled or recyclable materials. Furthermore, we are committed to reducing our business travel by promoting video conference solutions.
Outside our working practices, we make a significant impact by purchasing a minimum of 200 trees per year across three countries, which capture 775 tonnes of CO2 annually. All our offices are equipped with car charging facilities, and our vehicles are fully electric, surpassing our 2024 target by one year.
We are committed to lowering our environmental impact as much as possible and constantly evaluate our practices to ensure that we protect the planet. We look forward to discussing with buyers how our services can help them reduce their environmental impact.Equal opportunity
At Sinclarity Solutions, we are dedicated to maintaining a workplace that is free from harassment or discrimination. We expect every member of our community to contribute to building and sustaining an environment where everyone is respected and treated with dignity.
Our decisions regarding hiring, compensation, training, performance evaluation, and termination are made in a fair and impartial manner. We provide equal opportunities to all qualified candidates and employees. We take a proactive approach to examine our unconscious biases and strive to create an inclusive environment that ensures every employee and candidate feels valued and welcome.Wellbeing
Mental health and stress are closely linked to many of the primary causes of illness and disability in our society. It is essential to prioritise and maintain the mental wellbeing of the workforce as it significantly impacts individuals' physical health, social wellbeing, and productivity. Promoting mental well-being in the workplace is relevant to everyone in our community, and we encourage all of us to contribute to improving mental well-being at work. We ensure that workloads are monitored, and staff and consultants are encouraged to take downtime. Whenever possible, everyone has the ability to work from home or any suitable location.
Sinclarity Solutions have partnered with a provider to offer access to a range of external professional health support services. If any member of our community needs to speak in confidence with a third party, they can access these services free of charge.
