Our team of independent reviewers use assessment tools and templates to ensure that you experience a structured, practical approach to assurance to track performance against plan, budget, quality and resources. Assurance reviews start with the quality criteria defined in the product descriptions for each deliverable and progress and the findings of previous programme assessments and audits.
