Our journey starts with a conversation. We will want to understand your organisation, people and culture. We will use discovery workshops to build a picture of your current capabilities and future target operating models.
We will use this insight to build recommendations and proposals for how service management could bring you value.
Our recommendations will often suggest a crawl, walk, run approach for introducing new features to your organisation and we are proponents of using adoption and change management techniques to ensure the successful implementation of change.
Stable believes in a collaborative method, working closely with key client stakeholders to define a structured approach, based on the ITIL Version 4 Service Management Methodology to ensure a strong working partnership from the outset. Understanding what a successful service delivery outcome looks like for our clients with documented key measurable outcomes and deliverables being defined at the outset of the delivery is key. - Planning service works with specific services

Fighting climate change
As a Silver Level Achilles accredited member, Stable conducts regular reviews of it’s waste and energy consumption levels to ensure we are ahead of the curve when it comes to fighting climate change.
Solar Panels are fitted to Stable’s Head Office to power the building, and we provide staff with fully electric vehicles with on site charging available to use as required. We encourage the use of electric vehicles when visiting clients or on other business activities and to charge at Head Office for the purpose of these visits.
Modern water management systems are in place on site and waste is separated in to recyclable items with local advice provided from the disposal company and a nominated individual in Head Office to provide guidance.Covid-19 recovery
At Stable, we use our experience to encourage modern ways of working, fostering economic recovery by championing remote work whilst organisations can rest well in the knowledge they are still well secured.
Clients can leverage digital platforms for seamless collaboration, enabling them to operate efficiently wherever their teams are based within secure environments.
Stable can also support in the adoption and change management of these technologies, guided by our Learning Pillar, to ensure organisations embrace the new ways of working in an efficient manner.
By leveraging technology's transformative potential, Stable can play a pivotal role in society's recovery from COVID-19, driving innovation, resilience, and progress.Tackling economic inequality
Our CEO is a Trustee of the Board for Adoption UK, so at Stable we realise we play a pivotal role in driving economic inclusivity through fair employment practices and equitable opportunities for advancement. This involves implementing living wage policies, providing comprehensive benefits packages, and promoting diversity and inclusion within the workforce.
We leverage our resources and influence to support marginalised communities and address systemic barriers to economic mobility. This involves investing time and effort in education and vocational training programs and events, and advocating for policies that promote economic justice.
Collaboration between the public and private sectors is crucial in tackling economic inequality on a broader scale. By partnering with governments, NGOs, and community organisations, we help to amplify their impact and implement sustainable solutions that address the root causes of inequality.
By fostering a culture of corporate social responsibility, we seek to lead by example by demonstrating a commitment to ethical business practices and social justice. This involves transparency in reporting, ethical sourcing, and environmental sustainability initiatives that benefit both people and the planet.Equal opportunity
In the modern workplace, the pursuit of equal opportunities stands as a cornerstone of progress, fostering inclusivity, diversity, and innovation. Stable recognises that diversity fuels creativity and drives success, leading to a more dynamic and resilient workforce.
Creating equal opportunities begins with cultivating an environment where individuals from all backgrounds feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives. This involves implementing fair hiring practices, promoting diversity at all levels of the organisation, and providing equitable access to resources and advancement opportunities.
At present, amongst other things, we hold a Bronze award with the Amed Forces Covenant, ensuring all those who serve or who have served, and their families, are treated fairly. In time we aspire to Silver or Gold Award.
We believe that the pursuit of equal opportunities in the modern workplace is not just a moral imperative but also a strategic advantage. We champion diversity and inclusivity to cultivate a more engaged, innovative, and resilient workforce, poised to thrive in an ever-evolving landscape.Wellbeing
We believe that central to promoting wellbeing is fostering a culture that values work-life balance. We encourage employees to disconnect and recharge outside of office hours. Flexible work arrangements, remote work options, and generous leave policies enable individuals to meet both professional and personal obligations, reducing stress and burnout.
Moreover, proactive measures to support mental health are essential in nurturing a resilient workforce. This includes us providing access to private medical care, counselling services, mental health resources, and fostering an open dialogue about mental wellness to reduce stigma and encourage seeking support when needed.
Physical wellbeing is equally paramount, we offer initiatives ranging from ergonomic workstations to gym memberships.
