- How the planning service works
- When implementing Cloud based projects using Agile techniques our 2i Consultants can use their vast experience to avoid some of the pitfalls that can happen in the planning phase of a large project. We can use estimating techniques and detailed reviews to ensure that the correct focus has been applied, based on the individual customers target outcome. We can guide less-experienced resources through Agile transformation, undertake gap analysis exercises or take full ownership of QA plan, on behalf of the client, and report back through our robust tracking and reporting process; or act in a consultative manner to assure or improve plans which already exist, depending upon where in the process we are engaged. Our end aim is to always manage to a plan that all involved parties are bought into, meaning that we communicate widely and frequently and ensure we deliver with a policy of 'no surprises', enabling corrective actions to be taken at the earliest possible opportunity to mitigate risk. We are familiar with working with numerous third party suppliers and are supplier (and tool) agnostic.

- Support response times
- In an Agile environment we would expect that our resources / management will usually be available on-site to collaborate with client / supplier teams. In addition we will provide email support / escalation paths during our engagement window for QA / testing / delivery sprints. We will respond within 3 working days maximum, however this will be quicker during planned, or intense QA windows. We are very flexible and willing to discuss increasing response times, in line with business criticality of the service. In reality we find that when correctly embedded into Agile teams we can be very responsive.
