Once a brief has been provided by the Client; outlining functional requirements, objectives and workflow, DSP-Explorer will create a response to the brief and attach it to a proposal. This proposal will also detail the commercial and technical aspects of the project for client sign off.
Once a project has been approved by the Client, we start with project initiation and completing a statement of work (SOW). This SOW will detail all the agreed deliverables as per the proposal as well as associated client obligations and any limitations. The SOW will then be signed off by the Client.
The specification document will go into fine detail to expand on all the agreed deliverables listed in the Statement of Work. All functionality and associated application and database design, workflow, wireframes, administration, SSO authentication, validations and all processing in detail are documented.
Upon handover for testing, a 30 day warranty period will commence. This is to identify any bugs in code or to identify any agreed deliverables that are not as expected by the client. This period of acceptance testing is critical for sign off so the client should be prepared and have resources and systems available. - Planning service works with specific services

As part of any APEX Development project, DSP-Explorer can provide end-user training and documentation to ensure the application is successful once deployed. Our Oracle APEX training courses are split into Foundation (3 days) and Advanced (3 days) courses. They are designed for companies that recognise the value in learning directly from an expert APEX developer.
The APEX Foundation training course is designed to give attendees the practical experience required to develop applications within Oracle Application Express.
The APEX Advanced course builds upon the core skills from the APEX Foundation course, with the introduction of the more advanced components and features required when building complex applications. This course also introduces technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, and HTML to enhance an APEX application.

The Oracle Cloud is the most cost-effective and technically advanced platform for APEX application deployments. The Oracle Cloud is built using the same technology and standards as used on-premise therefore skill shortage and compatibility risks are non-existent.
This also makes Hybrid Cloud adoption achievable for clients by configuring production environments running on-premise and non-production environments such as development running in Oracle Cloud.
We can also assist with data migration. - Setup or migration service is for specific cloud services

Testing will be performed throughout the development lifecycle and testing methodology will be against the use case as defined in the Project documentation. Development Consultants will test against 5 criteria:
• Coding Standards
• Robustness
• Performance
• Best Practices
• Maintainability.
In addition, software-assisted tests are used to check for coding errors and security vulnerabilities.
Upon handover to the customer for testing, a 30 day warranty period will commence. This is to identify any bugs in code or to identify any agreed deliverables that are not as expected by the client. This period of acceptance testing is critical for sign off so the client should be prepared and have resources available.
DSP-Explorer will include a 30-day warranty period for any bugs in the supplied code or where functionality does not match the agreed deliverables in the Statement of Work. This warranty period will commence from the agreed date of delivery as defined in the Project Initiation document. During the warranty period, DSP-Explorer will respond to any issues raised with a completed assessment, which will include the acceptance and confirmation of the issue being a result of the work carried out by DSP-Explorer and an estimated fix time.
