As part of your ISO 27001 implementation and support programme, you will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager who will act as your primary strategic contact throughout the engagement. They will ensure our approach aligns with your organisational goals, maintain oversight of progress, and provide ongoing guidance as your Information Security Management System (ISMS) matures.
Your Account Manager will appoint an experienced Project Manager to coordinate all delivery activities. They will manage timelines, schedule workshops, oversee documentation flow, and ensure each stage of the ISO 27001 project is delivered in a structured and efficient manner.
To support the technical and compliance elements of the engagement, we will also allocate a specialist ISO 27001 Consultant. This consultant will bring deep expertise in risk management, control implementation, policy and process development, and audit preparation. They will work directly with your team to design, implement, and embed the ISMS, providing practical guidance and evidence-based recommendations throughout.
This layered support model—strategic oversight, structured project coordination, and expert technical delivery—ensures a clear, cohesive approach to achieving and maintaining ISO 27001 certification while strengthening your organisation’s overall security posture.
