Planning is crucial when it comes to organisational growth. We work with all clients to ensure they are best prepared to grow their business, completing assessments on (and enhancing) their bid/tender strategies to amplify success sustainably. All initial consultations will offer a timebound plan covering robust activities to drive forward successful contract wins/results. This includes: Sales/Pipeline Planning – looking at prospective opportunities to maximise growth trajectories and forecasting; Bid Strategy Planning – focusing on how bidding (and other growth services) align with our client’s overall business plan; Bid Qualification Support – analysing key requirements and complexities (specification, bid/ITT documentation, bid evaluation criteria etc.) on behalf of clients to plan/forecast winnability; and Bid Planning – working in tandem with our clients to accurately plan out (storyboard) qualitative elements to bids/tenders/proposals, assess USPs, lead upon response structure and writing, and managing the highest quality bid submission. This is driven by our multiple review stages of any bidding service, inclusive of assuring specifications/requirements are recorded/documented; qualitative bid reviews completed by our Bid Director team; reviews of client input and challenging solutions and information provided to score high marks in evaluation.
