How the planning service works
We will work with the various stakeholders of your team to capture all the requirements and produce documents like implementation plan which covers the scope. We will also document all your policies and internal governance steps and agree the deliverables. We will define the goals and capture the deliverables along with milestones.
If the project/systems already exists and you are planning to do enhancements, we will look at various repositories and analyse the behaviour of the current environment and plan further so that it aligns with new features and vision.
A dedicated Technical Architect will be involved to build the new System Architecture which covers best cloud functions, technology and components.
Whilst doing all the planning activities, we will also keep the track of Budget and ensure that it is not exceeding and the same time project is delivered on time as per the requirements.

As a part of Implementing Dynamics CRM, we provide continuous training to internal staff/team in both technical and functional areas. Each feature implemented will be documented on internal Wikki documents along with all the data and process flows.

End user training can also be provided depending on the client requirements, we use the concept of "Train-the-Tainer" in which the key members of clients team will become responsible for training other internal users as and when required. With this way, even after we finish the contractual work, you have team members who can support the systems and on-going training activities.

At Vaibhav It Solutions, we offer comprehensive QA and performance testing services using both manual and Automated techniques. The automated tests will be incorporated into application pipelines so that every build will go through the Automated test executions.
Implementing Automation on Dynamics CRM user interfaces is not a best practice, however, we propose automated Postman tests on functional side to ensure the business area is covered.
Any custom code developed as a part of functionality, these will be covered with Unit tests to ensure the customisations doesn't fall through.
