End-of-contract data extraction
The user pays in advance for one month at a time and thus has one month to download his data. The user can purchase the amount of gigabytes of download required in the last month of his subscription.
End-of-contract process
If a user stops their monthly payments, we will send at least three emails with the message that we will delete all data after one month from the last timely payment date. If the user wants access to download his data after the payment deadline, it requires the monthly subscription price to be paid first.

At Grøn Sky, there are no predetermined package solutions.

The individual user sets his own subscription according to his needs, which can be changed up or down month by month. In the same way, the number of users can be adjusted as needed.

It is also possible to purchase additional downloads in case it becomes necessary to download a large backup file.

Our platform runs in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, which provides the possibility of auto scaling, where we turn virtual servers on or off as needed. At the same time, we have load balancing which ensures that the individual user always gets optimal speed in his file transfers

We continuously measure how much data the user stores in the long-term storage, which is directly measurable power savings and thus reduction of CO2 emissions. Likewise, the savings are displayed in a "certificate" on the user's account. Monthly, we send a notification with suggestions for files in instant access storage that have not been opened for a long time and should be stored in long-term storage instead.

Via an activity log, all transfers are closely monitored and abnormal behavior is recorded immediately. In the event of any hacking attempt on or from an account, it automatically triggers an immediate suspension of the account.

- and the data you rarely look at is in a long-term storage, where the hard disk only uses power when data is being transferred.

In this way, we save 90% on electricity consumption and thus CO2 emissions.

At the same time, we automatically suggest clean-up, moving unused files to long-term storage.

Grøn Sky is commited to SDG13. We love to promote other initiatives which help prevent climate change and often promote such efforts on social media.
