4. Understanding current State Architecture - review the current architecture and confirm documentation is up-to-date or update documentation if necessary.
5. Define Future State Architecture - Define high-level future state architecture for the Solution Footprint that meets the Buyers business drivers.
6.Road-mapping - works collaboratively with the Buyer to define a roadmap for delivering the Solution Footprint that addresses all business drivers.
7.Governance - Define and agree in principle the project governance structures that meet your needs.
8.Cloud Optimisation - Assistance provided to optimise existing functions, making better use of the product capabilities.
