- At initial stages of projects, milestones will be put in place to ensure QA and performance throughout. We will update RAID logs and milestone progress against the project based on agreed (preferred) timelines (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly). This will allow us to ensure quality and performance of projects as we can factor any 'disruptions' and to regularly review performance against timescales to ensure delivery.
