• All data held will be handed over in a structured, mapped format,
• All backups will be handed over,
• Audit logs will be handed over,
• All systems will be decommissioned,
• Data is securely erased, and storage hardware sanitised.
Objective would work with the agency prior to removal of data to ensure all requirements and activities are identified. - End-of-contract process

Users with the correct security permissions (for Role-Based Access Control) can tailor RegWorks through its built in self configuration tools, including:
• Business rules can be created with no code drop downs and picklists to show, hide, or validate screens, fields, and data, ensuring data integrity.
• Dashboards are user defined; staff can configure widgets, saved search filters, and KPI reports to match personal or team preferences.
• Configurable flags/alerts can be set on organisations or persons, including active dates, to surface critical information in.
• The Associations feature lets users view and manage 360 degree entity relationships, adjusting filters and link graph displays as needed.
• Risk based analysis parameters and weightings are configurable to generate entity specific risk ratings.
• The RegWorks UI supports low code/no code workflow design, allowing administrators to add or modify workflow steps, forms, and business logic without custom code.
• Users can also customise document management metadata capture, file upload settings, and integration points via the self configuration interface.
These configuration options enable agencies to adapt the platform to evolving regulatory processes without requiring vendor led development.
Scaling
- Independence of resources
-
Objective's solution is to provided as a single-tenant SaaS instance, distributed across three availability zones in AWS to provide high availability, scalability and disaster recovery.
Our cloud platform design features auto-scaling of performance and automated monitoring of the system performance with alerts to notify Objective of any performance issues. This is further backed by operational readiness testing and performance testing metrics which are conducted against every release.
The platform uses auto‑scaling and elastic database services to expand compute and storage capacity on demand, ensuring one tenant’s workload does not saturate resources used by another.

Availability and resilience
- Guaranteed availability
- Objectives standard RegWorks package comes with a service-level availability target of 99.5%, 24x7 (excluding planned maintenance, which occur outside of core business hours), and a Premium option targeting 99.90% uptime.
- Approach to resilience
-
RegWorks is built on a single‑tenant SaaS architecture, giving each customer a dedicated AWS account and isolated VPC so that traffic and resources cannot be shared across tenants.
The platform runs in three physically separate Availability Zones (AZs) within AWS, with an Application Load Balancer and auto‑scaling groups that automatically launch replacement instances in any AZ when load spikes or failures occur.
Auto‑scaling and elastic database services expand compute and storage on‑demand, ensuring that one customer’s workload does not saturate the underlying resources.
Data resilience is provided by Amazon RDS Multi‑AZ with point‑in‑time recovery, daily encrypted backups and 5‑minute snapshots stored across multiple AZs; the standard Recovery Time Objective for a Priority 1 incident is four hours.
Continuous health monitoring captures performance metrics, generates real‑time dashboards, and triggers alerts for any degradation, enabling rapid detection and remediation.
A Disaster Recovery (DR) plan is tailored per customer, with automatic fail‑over from a complete AZ outage and a documented recovery process that restores services within the defined RTO/RPO.
Together, these architectural controls—tenant isolation, multi‑AZ deployment, auto‑scaling, robust backup/DR, and proactive monitoring—ensure that RegWorks remains resilient against hardware failures, traffic surges, and other disruptions. - Outage reporting
-
Objective Cloud Services provide SIEM monitoring "As a Service" and will notify the appropriate customer parties based on the priority and severity agreed in the "Objective Customer Service Plan".
When an outage is detected, the incident is automatically logged in the Global Support Portal, where the Customer’s Support Contacts can view real‑time status updates and receive notifications via the portal, email and phone.
Objective’s support team classifies the incident by priority and follows the defined response‑time targets.
Throughout the resolution process, status updates are posted to the portal at the frequency required for the incident’s priority.
In addition to real‑time alerts, Objective provides formal monthly service‑level reports that include uptime metrics, any recorded outages, root‑cause summaries and compliance against the 99.5 % availability target.
These reports are delivered by the Account Manager to the Customer, ensuring transparent post‑incident visibility.
All outage information is also reflected in internal dashboards used by Objective’s support team to track system health and to trigger proactive communications when planned maintenance windows are scheduled.
You will therefore receive immediate notifications during an outage, detailed progress updates while it is being resolved, and a comprehensive post‑outage report for ongoing service‑level assurance.
