There is a nominated engagement manager who acts as the day-to-day point of contact for each client engagement and an engagement partner who provides oversight for our services and, as necessary, acts as a point of escalation.

Tackling economic inequality

Redesmere has taken a number of proactive steps in an effort to tackle economic inequality. These steps include: 1. Collaborating with with peer-SMEs to identify and explore innovation and growth opportunities, and options for optimising ways of working; 2. Establishing an office base in North Wales (Anglesey) to extend our catchment area for new talent into a part of the UK where there are fewer opportunities for technology-based jobs; 3. Recruiting new people onto our team and providing them with on-the-job and classroom training; 4. Investing in community projects, such as food banks and food education, by developing and hosting websites which also provide an opportunity for our people to learn new skills.
