Onboarding and offboarding

• Getting started: Mapcite Enterprise software is designed for non-specialist users and does not require lengthy training. However, every service installation includes one web based introductory session of half a day, to provide an overview of the application and get users started.; ; Mapcite Enterprise ingests data in a variety of formats (including Sql Server and ShapeFiles) but predominantly the universal CSV format. Ideally data should be geocoded (i.e. have a latitude and longitude) but should have a UK postcode as a minimum. Some organisations also need some assistance to make their data ready for use. The introductory session can help organisations understand whether any renovation of their data is required before it can be used and what options might be available to do so. Mapcite’s Excel product can be used to geocode data if this is required. Support for the ingestion of large datasets can be provided.; ; User documentation is available
