We can work with you from contracting phase to live operations to review the Roles planned for use and show the subscriptions and licenses that each Role will incur.
We can then work with you to design custom Roles that will remove the need for unnecessary subscriptions and licenses, along with providing feedback on removing other access controls issues and loopholes from these Roles.
We can also provide guidance on conversations with Oracle where a required subscription is either not included in the existing agreement with Oracle or is unlikely to have sufficient subscriber numbers.

2. Design custom Roles that will remove the need for unnecessary subscriptions and licenses, along with providing feedback on removing other access controls issues and loopholes from these Roles.
3. Review User Role assignments to suggest alternate Roles that could be assigned to users which would remove the need for subscriptions and licenses being incurred.
4. Document monitoring processes to prevent subscription issues in the future.
5. Provide guidance on conversations with Oracle where a required subscription is either not included in the existing agreement with Oracle or is unlikely to have sufficient subscriber numbers.
