We support AWS, Azure and GCP hosted solutions. Our Ongoing Support Services are a bespoke solution to provide tailored continuous support to meet your evolving Cloud requirements. Support is typically provided by a dedicated Cloud Solution/Consultancy Lead who will be the first point of call for all Ongoing Support Services; either remotely or on-site as required.
The consultant will work directly with your stakeholders, our team and other third-party suppliers to fully understand and regularly communicate the findings and outputs of consultation/support activities, incorporating performance management, training, testing, personnel requirements and other elements defined by your business need.
