When these upgrades necessitate any downtime, we normally provide at least 2 working days’ notice for any periods of scheduled downtime. Wherever possible this downtime will be scheduled out of core working hours (e.g. in evenings or weekends). - Approach to resilience

Covid-19 recovery
Mime Online supports users within local authorities, multi-academy trusts and other education institutions in using data to improve their understanding on how the Covid-19 pandemic has impacted the pupils and students in their care, including in respect to educational attainment and outcomes.
The services allow users to identify key target areas and groups of young people to focus their resources towards, facilitating the recovery of outcomes back to a pre-pandemic level and beyond.
The data analysis provided across this service has a strong focus on disadvantaged groups, including those with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND), who were among those most impacted by the pandemic. Mime, the creators of Mime Online, are experts in understanding and interpreting data on disadvantaged groups, ensuring the insights and recommendations produced are of most value to the users, and ultimately have the greatest impact in improving the outcomes of children and young people.Tackling economic inequality
Mime Online allows users to access key pieces of data analysis, generating awareness of where vulnerable groups, those who are most likely to face barriers to employment, are falling behind their peers in terms of academic attainment and outcomes. This is supported by actionable insights and recommendations which local authorities, multi-academy trusts, and other educational institutions can use to address and close this disadvantaged gap.
Mime Online users are also able to access evaluation tools and reports including, for example, evaluations of programmes focussed on reducing experiences of financial hardship within the community and ultimately aiding in tackling economic inequalities.Equal opportunity
Mime Online allows users to access analysis to better understand the demographic breakdown of their institution’s or multi-academy trust’s workforce, identifying where inequalities may exist. Users within educational institutions, multi-academy trusts and local authorities can use the data analysis to generate awareness of where disparities exist in the post-16 destinations of the children and young people under their care compared to those across the country, statistically similar local authorities, or other local authorities within their region. Identifying, for example, where the user’s local authority may be seeing fewer young people moving on to higher education is pivotal in explaining potential future differences in work opportunities compared to the rest of the country/comparator local authorities and providing clear focus areas to target interventions.
Users of Mime Online are able to view analysis of the outcomes of adults with learning disabilities within their local authority, including the proportion in paid employment which is key in helping tackle the disability employment gap.Wellbeing
Mime Online users within local authorities, multi-academy trusts and educational institutions have access to key data and analysis on both the proportion of children and young people under their care with social, emotional and mental health difficulties, as well as the outcomes of these pupils. This allows, for example, the identification of concerning trends in the data such as an increasing proportion of young people within the local authority with social, emotional and mental health difficulties.
Mime Online also allows users to view analysis of key safeguarding measures related to their institution such as bullying reasons and equality related incidents, facilitating the close monitoring of wellbeing concerns and allowing users to identify where interventions are required.
