Onboarding and offboarding

Getting started
Approved customers are on-boarded through the creation of a miso account and the activation of their DataOptimser dashboard.

Off-boarding follows the publication of automated emails and then the closure of their DataOptimiser Dashboard.
End-of-contract process
Customers will be notified to remove all of the DataOptimiser products from their systems and provide written confirmation that all copies have been destroyed.
