Extended maintenance typically runs from 10 pm to 6 am, potentially causing interruptions. Users are notified of planned maintenance via in-app messaging beforehand. Urgent maintenance, if needed, is announced on the day with a banner message displayed on the platform. Unplanned maintenance is swiftly addressed upon detecting a level 1 fault.
