We offer a comprehensive end-to-end service, tailored to individual Client needs, that supports the structured and seamless migration of Software, Infrastructure and Platform services into the full range of cloud infrastructures; or from one Cloud services provider to another.
The required deliverables and business outcomes are clearly defined and scoped at the beginning of the engagement. These inform the development of the Programme Plan that covers current and future state designs; a comprehensive gap analysis; and a detailed roadmap for the transition which includes effective business change readiness provision and procurement options, and knowledge transfer.

We work closely with all of our Clients to ensure that the planned for business outcomes are achieved. An agreed outcome and delivery model with costings is detailed in the Terms of Reference included in the Call-off Contract.
We can provide QA and testing as a Managed Service offering as part of an engagement or as a standalone service. The strategy is agreed with the Client and delivered as a work package on a Fixed Price or Time and Materials basis.
Weekly and monthly reviews are conducted with Clients and Ekim Consulting SMEs assigned to the engagement alike to assure the quality of our work.
Ekim Consulting is is committed to excellent client service through continuous improvement. At the end of all engagements we seek Client evaluation of our performance through our Quality Management Process.
