Depending on the priority of your query, we maintain target response times of: Priority 1 - 30 Minutes, Priority 2 - 1 Hour, Priority 3 - 4 Hours and Priority 4 - 8 Hours. For enhanced peace-of-mind, our Managed SOC provides 24/7/365 continuous monitoring and remediation, reducing your need to contact support.
