How the setup or migration service works
The migration process is planned and developed specifically for each project. Software tools are used to automate many aspects of data transfer. It is often a good practice to take the opportunity of performing validation routines to highlight errors and omissions in existing data sets. Not only does this improve the data quality, but gives users more confidence in the new system. The procedures are tested fully before the final migration of live data to the new system and suitable backups retained. This work may also be undertaken in phases if appropriate.

We supply application technical and user support on a first line basis. This is normally 9.00 to 5.30 weekdays excluding public holidays. Additional coverage can be arranged to meet specific requirements including multi-national locations.
The main application supported is Accolade Enterprise Innovation Management software from Sopheon.
