In case of the SaaS version, each customer has its own server in a separete environment, so the data is stored in AWS, not in our own network. A limited number of personnel could access that data, but the access is monitored by AWS and access logs can be shared with customers upon request."

Configuration and change management standard
Supplier-defined controls
Configuration and change management approach
Static Application Security Testing (SAST) – All products will have SAST built into their development process. Software Composition Analysis (SCA) – Similarly we are standardizing all products on a SCA scan process to identify vulnerabilities in OSS libraries, licensing issues, flag unwanted use of OSS, etc. Penetration Testing – We have enlisted a highly reputable third party to perform our penetration tests which are currently underway. This is all in an effort to build a standardized AppSec program based on the practices in the Microsoft SDL and NIST SSDF.
