References to minutes are to the number of minutes in the applicable Monthly Review Period: ((Total minutes – Total minutes Unavailable)/Total minutes) x 100 Node4 will provide the Customer with service credits for failure to meet the following targets:
Availability <99.99%-99.85%, Service Credit as % of Monthly Service Charge = 5%
Availability <99.85%-99.7%, Service Credit as % of Monthly Service Charge = 10%
Availability <99.7%-99.5%, Service Credit as % of Monthly Service Charge = 20%
Availability <99.5%-99.0%, Service Credit as % of Monthly Service Charge = 25%
Availability <99%, Service Credit as % of Monthly Service Charge = 50%
Approach to resilience
MS365 Backup service operates on Node4’s cloud infrastructure where all nodes and storage supporting this, and other cloud related services are fully resilient to N+1 level of redundancy.
Outage reporting
Node4 may raise faults against alarms on the Node4 Network or customers monitored equipment. If a fault affects your services then we will use reasonable endeavours to promptly inform the named contact(s) via our helpdesk system primarily, or by telephone in circumstances where the fault means that that they would not receive email. The start time of a fault is the time it is detected by us and a Service Ticket number is allocated. For services affecting multiple customers we will post updates on www.n4status.com
