- How the planning service works
-
An end-to-end planning service is offered which may be tailored to your specific requirements. We begin with a series of meetings, workshops and seminars with you. The purpose of these is to establish your requirements, discuss ownership of the project, map and begin stakeholder engagement, identify benefits, look at risks, discuss the impact of the transition to cloud on the organisation, get a feel for your culture. Organisational Development is at the heart of our approach. We will help you maximise the benefits cloud technology has to offer by harmonising stakeholder engagement, service design, process improvement, security and technical architecture creation.
Our approach is predicated on co-creation and collaboration.
We recognise that many cloud projects overlook the 'people' element involved change management. We always ensure enough time, thinking space and resources have been allocated to managing change.
Stakeholder and staff engagement and buy in are critical to success.
Our people are conversant with a variety of technical and project management methodologies; PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall, ITIL . We aim to minimise risk whilst realising the benefits you originally envisaged and embed the new way of working without fuss or unnecessary pain. - Planning service works with specific services

Fighting climate change
Camburg Collective recognises the importance, no matter how small, of the impact of our activities on the environment. There is a need to consider ways in which we, our associates, suppliers and clients can conserve energy and minimise waste in all activities we undertake. Our environmental policy encourages everyone to:
Work from home to reduce the number of journeys made to offices to reduce pollution and use of fossil fuels but when it is necessary, to car share or use public transport
When working from home, utilise natural light as much as possible and use energy saving bulbs when a light is needed
Only print if essential but when needed, print double sided using recycled paper and recycle old print cartridges
electronically sign documents when a signature is required
Purchase refurbished office furniture when items need to be replaced and recycle old items
Use approved Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Recycling (WEEE) companies to dispose of electronic equipment when it cannot be utilised within the company or family
To ensure we maintain an awareness for continuous improvement, our environmental management system will be regularly reviewed and the policy will be reviewed internally, and by an external auditor on an annual basis.Wellbeing
At Camburg we recognise the importance of the health and wellbeing of our staff, our associates, our clients and their suppliers, customers and communities. Our Health, Safety and Wellbeing Policy outlines the measures we take to provide and maintain a safe and healthy working environment by:
Understanding how our actions at work impact on others
Working together to provide a healthy and happy working environment
Reporting any incidents, accidents or near-misses, no matter how minor and taking action to reduce the risk of it happening again
Attending any relevant health, safety and wellbeing training
Understanding that stress at work can affect someone’s health and wellbeing and taking all reasonable steps to reduce the risk to as low as practicable and providing support during this time
Having regular 1:1 conversations to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff, associates and clients
Providing relevant equipment to our staff to enable them to do their role safely i.e. footrests, wrist rest, monitor raisers, additional monitors etc and providing information to our associates to ensure they understand how to make their own environments better
Ensuring our staff and associates understand the importance of, and take regular breaks
Being aware of, and complying with any infectious diseases protocols such as Covid-19
In addition to the above, during all of our projects, we are contactable for anyone who needs support and signpost to the best source of help to alleviate their concerns and provide any help for their wellbeing whether that is physical, mental or emotional.
We ensure the plan we work to on any project is right for the client, right for the outcome they want and is sustainable. This ensures we leave a positive legacy for their future.
